I had an issue with the pharmacy , but it was resolved , Ali was most apologetic as the problem was not from his company but the genetics company ,so he refunded my money ,and clearly was most upset about the let down to me , the e mails I sent went into the junk mail box which he has now amended,many thanks Ali for your care and my apologies for being so quick of the mark.

Within minutes I was sat down and he cleared one ear and told me to come back in a few days after using olive oil for a few more days. I returned and within minutes it was done and my ears were clear. He showed me pictures on the device and it showed a clear image of both ears.
