The new owners have really good staff

I had my ears cleaned in Theydon chemist and the service and care given was most certainly 5 star ! I will definitely be going back there again

Excellent service, Mr Hassan found a earpod in my ear that had been there for 5+ years, he removed it with minimal discomfort to myself and allowed me to return free of charge the week after to allow the infection that was present to clear. I'll definitely be returning every 6 months for a review, thank you so much, my hearing is a lot better and my vertigo seems to have stopped.
